Hello! I'm Sophie. I joined SVC back in 2016 when I first came to Cardiff to study and it's been a wonderful journey with SVC ever since. I started as a volunteer on the NHS mental health projects and in 2018 I was honoured to join the board. Since then, I've worn a few different hats - Vice Chair, Chair and Environmental Officer and now back to volunteering as Vice Chair.
As I have been part of SVC for almost a decade, you can probably guess that it means an awful lot to me. SVC is a fantastic charity, always striving to support those in our community through a range of marvellous projects and all supported by volunteers. SVC cannot run without our fantastic volunteers who dedicate their time and passion towards helping others and their community. I'm so proud to volunteer alongside passionate individuals who truly make a difference.
